Hi, I’m Diana, and I’m from Ukraine. I’ve been working in customer service at speakeasy Munich since February 2022, and I can assist you with the key aspects of a visa application. I hold a Master’s degree in Cultural and Cognitive Linguistics, so languages ​​and cultural diversity are central themes in my life. As an Administrative Officer at German Studios Frankfurt, I work in various areas and support you with both organizational matters and everything related to your courses and examinations. My responsibilities include customer service, course administration, as well as the planning and coordination of examinations. As an Exam Coordinator, I also ensure that examinations are conducted professionally, efficiently, and in full compliance with telc regulations. Hello, my name is Linh Van Nguyen. You can simply call me Linh. I work in customer service at German Studios Frankfurt. I advise customers, handle emails and phone calls, and schedule appointments. I particularly enjoy the fact that we have an international team and get to meet people from many different countries. This cultural diversity makes my work exciting every day. Through my job, I have learned to communicate in a friendly manner, work in an organized way, and remain calm even in stressful situations.

Yuvraj | Student Service

My name is Yuvraj, and I work at the front desk of German Studios in Frankfurt am Main. Customer service is one of my main responsibilities. I am the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with any questions regarding our range of courses and exams. My daily routine involves answering emails, handling phone calls, and providing personal assistance to our customers. I also help with course and exam registrations, support with organizational matters, and ensure that all important information is communicated clearly and reliably. Since I speak German, English, Hindi, and Punjabi, I can advise many of our customers in their preferred language and make the registration and exam process as smooth as possible for them. I enjoy supporting people on their German-learning journey and helping them with their individual needs.
